Born in Riau on July 21st 1970, Prof. Dr.rer.publ., Eko Prasojo, SIP, Mag.rer.publ. is a professor and Dean in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia. Finished his undergraduate study in University of Indonesia in 1995, he later studied his doctorate in Speyer Post-Graduate program for Public Administration, Germany in 2003. He has published hundreds of books, journals and articles on various topics, focusing mainly on Bureaucracy Reform and Local Autonomy. He was the Vice Minister of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucracy Reform from 2011 to 2014. He now serves as the President of Asian Group of Public Administration (AGPA) and Member of Committee Expert on Public Administration for United Nations.
With more than 25 years experiences working in development programs, Dr. Rudiarto Sumarwono played an active role in designing Indonesia?s governance such as 9 Bureaucratic Reform Acceleration Programs, and Grand Strategy for Regional Arrangement 2025. His extensive experience includes Senior Advisor in The Partnership for Governance Reform, Advisor to the Minister of State Apparatus and Administrative for International Cooperation, and Project Manager for United Nations Development Program. He has professional experience and network in state and non-state organizations and international organizations. He is the former Executive Director of UI-CSGAR in 2017-2019 and currently serves as a Member of the Republic of Indonesia State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN RI) for period 2019-2024.
Zuliansyah Putra Zulkarnain is a PhD Candidate in Freiburg University, Germany. He lectures in University of Indonesia for numbers of classes, for example Public Policy, Public Sector Management and Comparative Public Administration to name a few. Aside from teaching, he is also active in various researches and since 2014 has served as the Research Coordinator for University of Indonesia?s research cluster Demokrasi, Governance dan Desentralisasi. He was also Head of Expert Team on Studying National Institutional Framework for RPJMN 2015-2019 in BAPPENAS RI.
Drs. Ayi Mulyadi, M.Si attained his Master degree in Public Administration from University of Indonesia in 2006. Throughout his career, he served as Editor in Chief for ?Bisnis dan Birokrasi?, Administrative Science and Organization Journal and as the Office Manager Institute for Research and Development Program (IRDP) Department of Administrative Science, FISIP UI. He was also involved in numerous researches under the Department of Administrative Sciences, Sumitomo Foundation, Center Study for Communication Sciences University of Indonesia, and more. He currently works as Director of General Administration in UI-CSGAR.
